The GRN Community Service Board is a public agency created by state law to provide mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases services. The service area of the agency encompasses Gwinnett, Rockdale, and Newton Counties of Georgia. These counties are in the metropolitan Atlanta area, and are within convenient driving distance of the city proper. The CSB board members are appointed by the County Commissioners. The governing board is composed of at least 50% consumers or family members who represent the interests of those we serve and reflect the social and demographic characteristics of the three-county area. In compliance with the Georgia Department of
Human Resources Directive #66811.1, GRN requires verification of lawful presence in the
United States for adults seeking non-emergency services.
