Employees who work at least 1000 hours per year participate in the Employees' Qualified Trust (401k) IRS qualified retirement deferred compensation plan. GRN contributes 7.5% of each employee's salary into the 401k plan. Employees may also contribute via payroll deduction up to the maximum allowed under IRS regulations. GRN employees participate in the 401k plan in lieu of the Social Security retirement program. They do continue to pay for the Medicare portion of Social Security via mandatory payroll deduction. Employees are fully vested for the employer portion of 401k contributions after 6 years of employment, with partial vestment on a percentage basis after 2 years. GRN CSB offers paid leave to salaried employees. Leave is accrued
each pay period. Vacation Leave Sick Leave: Holidays: Part-time salaried employees working 20-39 hours per week
